Dale is a native of Hazelwood, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. He attended St. Stephen’s Grade School, Bishop Boyle High School and received his BA from Duquesne University in 1987.

Dale spent 35 years in the telecommunications industry, most recently as the AVP of Advertising Sales for Latin America. He retired from AT&T after 25 years of service in 2022.

Since 2023, Dale has been a franchise business owner of The Entrepreneur’s Source, coaching and helping individuals find the right business to own in order to achieve their income and lifestyle goals.

Dale has been a board member of The Spartan Center of Hazelwood since 2023, assisting in grant writing and fundraising.

Dale also serves as a mentor to the Palombo-Donahue School of Business to the Duquesne University freshman business class, where he helps a team of students with their required business project partnering with E/Y of Pittsburgh.

Dale currently resides in Miami, FL but spends a considerable amount of time in Pittsburgh where his mother, brother and many other family members still reside.
