Keith grew up in Hazelwood, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. He attended St. Stephen’s Grade School followed by Bishop Boyle High School, and later graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Slippery Rock University in 1980.

Keith previously served as the founder and President/CEO of a safety distribution firm based in Pittsburgh. In this role, he provided strategic leadership and collaborated with the Executive Management Team to set long-term objectives, develop plans, and implement policies. Additionally, Keith participated in company valuations and acquisitions nationwide, assisting with their integration into the existing platform. Keith has been a board member since 2017.
