Mr. Cline has served on behalf of the Spartan Center Board of Directors since 2017 and oversees the following committees: Finance, Lease / Rentals, Building Operations, Special Projects, Grants, Fundraising, and Communications.

Mr. Cline currently is the President & COO of EAST O&M, a government contractor providing Operations & Maintenance and Base Operating Support Services to the Department of Defense throughout the US.

Born, raised, and educated in Hazelwood, Mr. Cline resides in Falls Church, VA, but spends a considerable amount of time supporting Spartan Center activities and Greater Hazelwood functions, and rooting for our Pittsburgh sports teams.
